Registration must be completed online using the form below. Once your registration has been completed you will receive a confirmation email which will also include a link to your tax invoice.
A conference dinner will be held on Monday 17 July 2017. Tickets may be purchased for conference delegates and their guests during registration.
All conference payments must be received before the conference begins. If payment is not received you will be required to provide your credit card details at the conference to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if alternative payment is not received within 14 days.
